Sometimes you just need a little extra width (or height) for your design… Enter: Odd friend, Mr. Oval. Oval hoops are notorious.. for their "individuality" shall we say? Hoop manufacturers interpret the "mathematical ellipse" according to their whim. And then, does your hoop have the screw at the pointy END or the wide SIDE? To simplify, we've taken the guesswork out. This listing includes BOTH a 5x8 oval beechwood hoop with brass fittings AND a frame, in your choice of finish, made to fit the hoop. Choose from either hoop orientation: Screw on the Wide Side, or Screw on the Narrow End. Both hoops will fit in the frame. The frame can then be hung in either orientation on the wall, according to the ART you’ve made for the middle.
