Casey’s interest in the industry started back in the early 1980’s when he had his first experience of distilling at a relative’s house in Norway. “Many people had micro-distilleries in their cellars and I really admired them, so I started experimenting when I got home” said Casey. The Overeem XO Brandy is Distilled from a selection of the finest east coast Tasmanian wines and matured for seven years in the Overeem Whisky bond store, this extremely rare spirit will be treasured by those with an appreciation for an exceptional XO brandy. Encased in beautiful custom wooden boxes, there were only 682 of these prized decanters available. This hand-crafted brandy will never be repeated. 40% ABV 700ml
