OverviewThe performance configuration for OM612 and OM648 engines within the conversion program. Developed around the specification used in the Overland-G development vehicle: upgraded turbocharger, higher-flow injector nozzles, ECU remap calibrated for the installed hardware, water-cooled intercooler and 3-inch exhaust system. The remap is written for the actual parts installed — not applied as a generic tune.IntegrationWorks in conjunction with the Expedition Cooling Kit. The base engine package is the prerequisite.
