Did you know Ovis was the scientific name for sheep? Me neither These sheepsfoot paring knives are the bees…I mean sheep’s knees?!? With a 3” blade and made from 3/32” thick Aebl h igh grade stainless steel, they’re fast and light. Hollow ground they will stay sharp and be easy to put an edge back on. We love a swept back edge, but a flatter edge with a sheepsfoot drop to the point makes this an awesome utility for peeling and slicing alike.
