Filters shou ld be replaced as necessary when they begins to appear worn or degraded. The OxLife Independence should never be used without an Air Inlet Filter in place. Usage & Cleaning: For best performance the Air Inlet Filter should be washed weekly, using mild soap and water, and left to air dry completely before re-inserting into the machine. (Keep a spare filter on hand so that you can have one in the machine while the other is being cleaned.) See your OxLife manual for complete instructions. Show more
