Large Flexible Turner, 13"/33cm, black, nylon & stainless steel. Accommodates fish filets, omelets and more. The flexible nylon head slides easily beneath foods in a sauté pan or o n a cookie sheet and is heat resistant to 400°F / 204°C. A non-slip handle provides a firm grip. Dishwasher safe. Nylon Nylon is a synthetic plastic developed in the 1930s by Dupont. It is safe to use on a cooking surface as long as it is under 400° F.
