Once you’ve decided you can share your design with your friends, or if you are ready to order, send it to your local Ozone dealer to check if there is a charge and place the final order. Please note that because the glider will be built specifically for you in the Ozone factory, payment must be received before production can begin. FABRIC COLOUR AND UV RESISTANCE Please be aware that the colour you see on your screen may not accurately represent the actual fabric colour. Given the wide varience in monitor calibration and the fabric appearance in different light and colour combinations, it is impossible to perfectly represent fabric colour on screen. If you have any doubts about the colours, look at photos of various wings on OZONE's website to see them in different light and colour combinations or contact us at Flybubble to see the fabric in person. All of the fabric that OZONE use undergoes extensive testing in prototype colour phase to ensure colourfastness, mechanical stability, porosity, and general longevity before OZONE put it into production. Once OZONE's fabric is in production, every meter of it is rigorously inspected upon arrival in OZONE's factory, and fabric which does not pass our stringent quality control standards is returned to the manufacturer. OZONE are frequently asked, "Which colours last the longest, or have the best UV resistance?" All of the colours that OZONE stock score between 4 and 5 on a scale of 1-5, with 5 being the highest possible rating for longevity. BUZZ Z6: Beginner / Intermediate 20% Reduction in Overall Line Drag Refined SharkNose Profile G-String Leading Edge Double-3D Shaping NEW TECH The Shark Nose profile has been improved by refining the openings for improved pressurisation at all angles of attack, and adding G-Strings, as seen on the Rush 5. G-String straps maintain a cleaner opening shape during accelerated flight, and aid re-inflation behaviour, meaning that collapses open faster with less height loss. The leading edge benefits from double 3D shaping and improved sail tension in this aerodynamically critical area. NEW INTERNAL STRUCTURE The new Z6 is completely revised internally, to improve the structural stability and cohesion of the sail. Spanwise straps and modified cross-ports have improved cohesion, tension, and spanwise flow, resulting in better turbulence absorption with reduced sail deformation. In simple terms, the Z6’s glide performance in active air and accelerated flight is significantly improved. MATERIALS The Z6’s internal structure is engineered to increase longevity. The top surface is made from Dominico 30D for durability, and the 20D bottom surface reduces sail weight. In total, the Z6 is not only 450g lighter, but is also more durable. LAUNCH & FLIGHT Above all, the Z6 is comfortable and easy to fly. Thanks to a lighter sail, improved efficiency, and a more cohesive and agile feel, launching and ground-handling have never been easier. In the air the handling is intuitive, fun, and super agile. Brake input is progressive, with a precise feel. In thermals and active air, the structural improvements create a comfortable yet informative wing.
