Sometimes you gotta mount a rack to a frame that lacks fork or seat stay braze ons. In general, you want to use a rack that doesn’t need P-clamps, but sometimes you gotta deal with what you got in front of you. We stock a number of stainless steel P-clamp sizes. Here’s a rough guide: For most lugged steel forks, use the Large clamp. For the Micro Meuw tail light, use the Small Clamp For seat stays, use the Small Clamp. For hot dog P-clamp adventures, use the medium clamp. Pro tip: Sometimes you need to use a really long bolt to get the clamp to close and bend to shape the first go round, then you remove said long bolt and put the shorter one it comes with in there.
