Showcasing the more delicate side of the Côt (the local name for Malbec) grape variety, this is fresh and fruit forward with dark berries and a touch of spice. Can also be drunk slightly chilled on a warm day. Notes on the Winemaker: Mikaël Bouges oversees 8 hectares of vines around Faverolles-sur-Cher in Touraine, Loire. He works organically in the vineyard just as his father did since the early 90s. His wines are clean and concise and show great purity of fruit along with strong mineral characteristics.
