ILVE’s unique E3 control allows you to digitally adjust the temperature using a control dial to nudge the setting in five-degree increments, from 30 to an impressive and pizza-friendly 300°C with minimal thermal fluctuation.On top are five solid brass gas burners of the highest quality, with a black easy-clean nanotechnology coating giving them a non-stick thermal durability. A 4.3kW double ring wok burner is supported by two 3kW and a 1.8kW burner, with LPG conversion kit included.
