At one time in my life, I felt the Savior bless me with a profound joy and a flood of spiritual gifts. It was amazing to see how much better life could be with Him. It was a time o f revelation, peace, and many spiritual manifestations. Although the intensity of the experience was short, I long for heavenly abundance. I now look at the story of Peter differently. I relate to His plea, "Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water." I too want to be bid the miracle and joys of heaven. That experience has blessed me with a hope and assurance of things to come. It was like a Costco sample of heaven. I look forward to the full course someday. Show more
