From Val d'Orcia in southern Tuscany using 100% traceable organic, premium high-density Tuscan durum wheat. This pasta is slow dried and bronze drawn which gives it a rough, matte texture. With a distinct, large tubular shape, this pasta is sometimes stuffed and baked. It's delicious with creamy mushrooms, with a red pesto, or a simple tomato basil sauce.
