Package 3 is designed for to help you be your best with your short and long term health in mind between competitions. This package is suitable for both Competition prep AND Off season athletes. This package can also be suitable for NON competitive clients who want to optimise what they are doing in regards to muscle building and fat loss. This package includes: Initial Customised Meal plan, Training programme and Supplement Protocols (for both natural and enhanced lifters) Check ins every 1 to 5 days during contest prep and every 6-7 days during the off season with plan adjustments made accordingly as needed Peak week protocol and daily monitoring My personal WhatsApp for fast responses to questions between 8am - 8pm NZT Monday to Saturday. Bloodwork form and analysis Video analysis of training as required by me (daily assessments must be enrolled in the VIP coaching programme) Posing tweaks and adjustments as needed (this does not include full posing sessions, just small tweaks with check ins).
