Betty’s Toy Box offers Package Protect to insure your item from loss, theft or damage that may occur in transit or upon delivery. Claims must be filed within 5 days of the tracked delivery date. For packages that are presumed lost, claims must be filed within 7 days of the last shown tracking update. Package Protect covers the replacement of the contents of your order providing that the correct address was given when the order was placed. A refund is not issued. Package Protect is available for domestic USA shipments only. If Package Protect is not purchased at checkout, Betty’s Toy Box is not responsible for loss or theft of your package.
