The BC Strength Pad Pro is primarily used at Glute Lab for barbell hip thrusts and glute bridges, along with their variations. Generally best suited to plate loaded machines that u se a belt, it can be used any time cushioning is required. It is well suited for using heavier loads or for those individuals who typically find hip thrusts (and similar exercises) uncomfortable. Because the BC Strength Pad Pro does not wrap around the bar or belt, it can be used with a much wider variety of bars and plate loaded machines - including the BC Strength Thruster Bar Lite and the BC Strength Thruster Pro.
