Join us on the water for Paddle Pilates hosted by Parkside Pilates Club at Urban Surf! 55 E Pike Creek Rd, Tecumseh, ON N8N 3S1 A unique full-body experience combining paddle boarding with Pilates movement on Lake St. Clair. Classes run weekly outdoors in Windsor, Ontario. 📅 Sundays starting June 28 – 11:30 AM weekly What to expect: A guided Pilates session on the water. All fitness levels welcome. Paddle boarding experience is not required. Paddle board and equipment provided. If the lake is not favourable, class will be held inside Pike Creek. What to bring: Swimwear or athletic wear, sunscreen, water bottle, and a sense of fun and adventure. Weather & Cancellation Policy Paddle Pilates is an outdoor experience and is weather dependent. Weather conditions will be monitored throughout the week, with a final go/no-go decision made by 8:00 AM on the day of class. If Parkside Pilates Club cancels due to weather or unsafe conditions, registrations will be transferred to the next available Paddle Pilates session or credited toward a future Paddle Pilates class. ⚠️ Spots are limited — reserve yours today!
