Depending on the course you book, these may be completed over consecutive days, weekends or a customised private schedule. Step 1 – Knowledge Development Complete your dive theory online before entering the water using PADI eLearning. Study at your own pace using your computer, tablet or smartphone, working through interactive videos, knowledge reviews and quizzes whenever it suits you. You'll learn about: Dive equipment Safe diving practices Dive planning Underwater physics and physiology Marine conservation Diving procedures Complete the theory before your practical sessions begin so you're ready to get straight into the water. Step 2 – Pool Training Take your first breaths underwater in the comfort of a heated pool.
