Wool Our heaviest cutting pad is designed to work best with more coarse polishes. This pad works best when cutting heavily oxidized, corroded, and deep scratches on aircraft metals. Combo This is our mid-grade pad that works fantastic when doing your re-polishing projects annually or semi-annually. It is best used with mid-grade cutting polishes and can also be used to finish metal with a fine or ultra-fine polish but will leave some track lines in the metal. This pad will almost always be the first pad to use when starting a polishing project. Cotton Our finest or softest pad, cotton will be used for finishing metal with an ultra-fine polishing compound.
