A delicate yet flavoursome white tea. Pai Mu Tan, or White Peony, is a beautifully smooth white tea. A classic Chinese tea, traditionally made with a bud and two leaves, is perfect for an afternoon or evening brew. Also makes a very tasty cold brew for the warmer months.
