This consultation session is designed to help you put together ideas on a final design/overall look (including frame, forks and other parts), providing assistance on deciding which is the best custom building/painting and component options for yourself. Once your order has been processed, we will contact you to schedule the most convenient available time for us to discuss your future or current bike(s) building and/or customisation. This can be done in our workshop or via a web-based video chat. This session will usually last 20-30 minutes but additional consultation time can be purchased separately at an hourly rate. After this consultation is completed, we will provide you with a no-obligation quote. All assessment and consultation prices are used against the final invoice , minimum charges apply.
