Our Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating is the most comprehensive package we offer — a multi-stage correction that removes years of accumulated defects from your paint, finished with your choice of a 3, 5 or 8-year ceramic coating. We start with a deep clean of the wheels, wheel barrels, calipers, arches and tyres. The vehicle is then foamed using a pH neutral shampoo, followed by a hand wash of the vehicle and door jambs using a two-bucket technique. The paintwork is then fully decontaminated. We chemically dissolve and remove tar and iron deposits, and any remaining embedded particles are removed using a synthetic clay bar, leaving the surface smooth and free of bonded contaminants. Before any machine work begins, we carry out a complete assessment of your vehicle's paint, working under dedicated inspection lighting to identify the type and depth of defects present. A test section then establishes exactly how your paint responds, determining the combination of compounds, polishes and pads used across the vehicle — correcting as much as possible while leaving plenty of clear coat intact. The multi-stage correction then works through the vehicle panel by panel, removing oxidation, swirls, scratches and water spots, and refining the finish at each stage until the paint is left with genuine depth, clarity and a mirror-like gloss. This is a multi-day process. We'll spend upwards of 50 hours perfecting every square inch of your vehicle, working indoors under controlled lighting throughout. Once the correction is complete, the paint is refined with an adhesion promotion polish, which removes any polishing oils and residues so the coating bonds directly to bare paint. To lock in the finish, we apply your choice of a 3, 5 or 8-year ceramic coating, forming an ultra-durable, high-gloss layer. Its density provides excellent UV protection, improved resistance to light marring and swirling, and makes bonded contaminants such as tree sap, tar and water spots far easier to remove in future. The coating's hydrophobic properties are what you'll notice most day to day. Water beads tightly and sheets straight off the paint, and the slick, low-energy finish means dirt and grime have far less to grip onto. Your vehicle stays cleaner between washes, and the washes themselves become a much quicker and more enjoyable job. To finish, the wheels and tyres are dried and a tyre dressing is applied, and the exterior glass is thoroughly cleaned for a streak-free finish. Please note: Multi-stage correction removes the large majority of defects from most vehicles, but paint is a finite resource. Where a scratch or chip runs deeper than the clear coat allows, removing it entirely would take away more material than is safe. In those cases we'll improve it as far as we responsibly can and let you know before we begin, so you know exactly what to expect.
