Unlike other modules, this unit detects nine distinct gestures: Up Down Left Right Front B ack Clockwise Anti-clockwise Rocking We suspect this sensor is used in BWM's latest iDrive system, as it uses clockwise/anti-clockwise for volume control. So it's good enough for your projects that require control via hands-free - or just for fun. This breakout board is designed to allow the sensor to use the I2C bus. This includes pull-up resistors on the I2C bus. Board is a 3.3V device, please use an I2C-safe level converter with 5V systems. Inline header pins are included but not soldered to the board.
