Paleatus Cory The Paleatus Cory is one of our favorite Corydoras species. The Paleatus Cory is commonly called the Peppered Cory or Salt and Pepper Cory. They show their best behavior while shoaling in groups of 2 or more fish. The Pepper Cory is extremely peaceful making it a great addition to any community tank and even most shrimp tanks. They reach a max size of around 2.5 inches. Please Note: All fish shipments have a 100% Live Arrival Guarantee when shipping with Overnight (1 Day) option. All other options void our Live Arrival Guarantee for fish. Paleatus Cories have a great peppered coloration that is sure to standout on any light colored substrate. Corydoras species prefer a sand substrate as they enjoy scavenging for food. It is also less abrasive to their barbels making sand the best long term substrate solution for the Corydoras family. We feed our Paleatus Corys a large variety of foods which include finely ground Northfin flake foods, small Northfin pellets (veggie, community, & bug pro), frozen foods and occasionally blackworms.
