The Palko Ruby is a 57in three-quarter split cue on a quality ash shaft, with a hand-spliced brown ebony butt carrying a four prong splice that runs burl wood into maple into ebony through the veneers. Each of those layers is a separate cut and fit. The three-quarter joint places the join low in the butt, so the shaft passes through the bridge hand unbroken and the cue plays close to a one-piece while still breaking down for a case. A brass joint keeps the sections aligned, a brass ferrule carries the 9mm leather tip, and a 6in extension is supplied for shots that stretch past a comfortable bridge. Show more
