July 2012Palladium The couple that these were designed for wanted something unique and interesting but subtle. They knew that they wanted palladium, and also knew that they both re ally liked a brushed finish. We came up with a slow-weave braid pattern that repeats only five times around the circumference of each ring.We gave the braid a satin finish, but the challenge with a such a finish is that over time it will polish to a shine as the wearer rubs the ring against clothing and objects through daily wear. To avoid this, we recessed the braid and pre-polished the outer rails to provide contrast and longevity for the design. Show more
