Palo Santo is Spanish for holy wood. It has a beautiful sweet scent and is a sacred wood that comes from the Palo Santo tree. Our little bundles come with three palo santo sticks wrapped with beautiful dried flowers. Use the smoke of Palo Santo before or during meditation to cleanse your body of any negative energy, helping encourage a peaceful and mindful state. It can also be used to cleanse and clear your crystals, purifying their energy. Desert Rose's Palo Santo has been ethically sourced in that it only comes from trees that have fallen naturally. Directions: To use White Sage or Palo Santo to cleanse or clear your body, objects or crystals, begin by lighting the stick, wait for 30 seconds before extinguishing the flame. Hold the stick in your hand over a flame proof dish (to catch any embers) and sweep around your body, home, object or sweep your crystals through the smoke whilst saying out loud or thinking to yourself an intention that feels right to you (it may be along the lines of thanking the plant spirit for releasing and removing any unwanted negative energies), anything that resonates with you the best at that time. Create your own personal ritual and use your intuition, moving around and using intentions and affirmations in a way that feels right to you.
