We carefully pack all items and ship using standard delivery services packed in Kraft packages to absober moist at ambient temperature. We do not use refrigerated or chilled transport. We monitor weather conditions and reserve the right to delay dispatch during exceptional extreme heat where there is a genuine risk to product integrity.
