It’s a quiet nod one to of our largest farming regions. From Chiapas With Heart Our Palouse coffee comes from Café Sierra Azul, a cooperative of nearly 300 smallholder farmers living within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas, Mexico. Founded in 2010 by the children of producers, this group was built on one simple but powerful idea: create sustainable livelihoods at home, without having to leave for opportunity elsewhere. This women-produced lot reflects that spirit; strong roots, community pride, and forward momentum.
