Sophomore solo album from Animal Collective's Panda Bear. Young Prayer was originally recorded in 2004 following the passing of Panda Bear's (Noah Lennox) father. The sound is much more restrained than the hyperactive pop of Lennox's main band. His somber falsetto carries a mournful tone throughout the album, providing a musical eulogy for his father.
