A solid base sits on castors so it can be moved for cleaning and bed making, and drawer storage can be built into the base where under-bed storage is genuinely useful. If floor space or housekeeping access matters more, a plain base without drawers is available.The headboard stands 20 inches, which is the standard height across the Astral divan range.
