Return Policy Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the original packaging. In case of the damaged item please send the description of the damage supported by the pictures straight away via email to us. In both of the above cases you (the buyer) will have to pay for the postage unless agreed and specified by us. Once we have received the faulty goods we will refund the full cost of the original purchase together with the return postage you paid.
