The very first flavour of Panettone we started with! The Italian classic. Instead of candied oranges and lemons cubes, we make our own candied orange and lemons zest to balance the sweetness and freshness of fruits. Ingredients 100% pasta madre (sourdough starter), housemade candied freshly cut and zested oranges and lemons, rum soaked raisins, Madagascan vanilla bean, almond glaze, icing sugar and pearl sugar. How to eat & store Best eaten fresh when received, can be kept for 1-1.5 weeks, there are no preservatives. Advised to store in airtight container after opening. You can also enjoy it toasted/baked/panfried. We enjoy making pain perdu (french toast) with this flavour and pairing it with some ice cream and a drizzle of honey!
