PanexWipe INSIGHTS Frequently Asked Questions How do I know which magnetic gear to use? PanexWipe features a 6-gear system. Start at gear 1 and slowly increase the intensity until the external unit follows your movement smoothly. Level 1-6 covers glass from 0.2'' to 1.4'' thick. Is it safe to use on high-rise windows? Absolutely. Safety is our priority. The device includes a 3-meter safety rope that you secure to your wrist or a fixed object, ensuring the external unit can never fall from a height. Can it clean double or triple-paned windows? Yes! The powerful 6-speed magnetic adjustment is designed specifically to handle single, double, and even triple-glazed windows common in modern apartments. Will it pinch my fingers? No. The PanexWipe comes with an isolation bracket to keep the units apart during storage. Additionally, the magnetic force automatically resets to level 1 (the weakest) when removed for your protection. Does it clean the corners effectively? Yes, the triangular resistance-breaking design is specifically engineered to reach deep into window corners where traditional square cleaners often fail. Do I need special cleaning solution? You can use standard glass cleaner or even water with a little soap. Our large sponges carry more water to keep the glass moist for a smoother glide. Is it difficult to separate the magnets? Simply rotate the two units in opposite directions to open. Always use the provided isolation bracket before closing to ensure it's easy to open next time. Is the setup complicated? Not at all. Just wet the sponges, attach the safety rope, adjust your magnetic level, and you are ready to clean in under 5 minutes.
