(Serves 4-6) Cooking Instructions: Add soup mix to 2 1/4 cups of water and 2 tbsp of vegetable or olive oil and stir. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on LOW until quinoa absorbs all of the water and is tender (about 15 minutes) then fluff with a fork.
