Puglia has not always been treated kindly in wine conversations, but Mimmo and Jutta at Pantun show why that is unfair. Their Primitivo is greedy in the good sense: generous, never boring, and still light on its feet. Chapeau. Medium-bodied, fresh and much easier to drink than many people expect from Primitivo.
