Dark, smooth, a little elastic with a soft mouthfeel – this is our Panty. She has roasted, chocolate flavours, but isn’t sweet. We used Cascade hops and rye malts for liquorice aromas and an American Ale yeast strain for a clean and dry finish. We recommend drinking Panty in (or out) of bed. Side note: ‘Panty’ in Dutch means tights/stockings, while in English the word ‘panties’ refers to underpants/knickers.
