Get rid of your Payoos! In Papayoo, there are no face cards — instead, you’ll find an unusual die and a fifth suit called Payoo. Your goal is to score as few points as possible by avoiding Payoos, especially the dreaded Papayoo — the 7 of the Payoo suit — which changes each round depending on the roll of the die.
