One of my favorite aspects of anime is its ability to take one on a journey. When I watch immersive anime, especially those of the 'Isekai' genre, I feel as though I am journeying with the characters. The pandemic has greatly restricted travel but it has also shown me how much I love venturing out to new places, meeting new people at anime conventions, and having my own adventures.
