The Parade Bunching Onion is an open-pollinated variety that produces some of the most uniform, upright stalks of any bunching onion we've seen. These incredibly vigorous plants do n't produce a bulb and have a spectacular mild onion flavor and minimal disease issues. The dark green stalks make for a great option for spring onions or, because of their extra long white base, to pull out of the ground and harvest as scallions. The Parade Bunching Onion will grow great in containers, raised beds, or in the field. It is a mild non-bulbing bunching onion variety with clear white shanks and dark green foliage.
