Could it be that in a parallel universe all IPAs are brewed using lager yeast for the cleanest hop expression possible? Our first foray into the world of Cold IPA and it most certa inly won’t be our last. With the blankest canvas possible from the use of pilsner malt, rice and the lager yeast fermentation this is all about the hops! Talus is the perfect choice to lead the way here with a heady floral bouquet and grapefruit punch providing a hop character that is truly unique.
