It will help make the coatings and candy melts smooth and easier to use for dipping and pouring into molds Directions: Stir Paramount Crystals into melted candy wafers. Add a little at a time starting with 1 to 2 tablespoons per pound of chocolate or confectionery coating until you have your desired consistency.
