The diabolo-shaped lights of the 1950s inspired this versatile uplighter. A compact light, the Diabolo works especially well on bookcases, shelves or mantels.The moulded paper-pulp shade and base is hand-painted in a choice of finishes, three plains and two patterns. Paper pulp is a natural material with its own idiosyncrasies and imperfections. The highly tactile surface created by the pulp is an eco-friendly equivalent to ceramic or plaster.
