Built on a mix ed-fermentation farmhouse base and refermented with red wine grapes (Pinot Noir / Pinot Meunier), it blurs the line between the two worlds. Bright, wild and expressive, it shows red berries, raspberry and cherry layered with earthy spice, light funk and a wine-like acidity.
