This wine is a fun, youthful Sumoll. Bursting with crunchy cranberry, raspberry and fresh fennel seeds. The wine is bright, with good acidity, which goes toe to toe with the firm g rippy tannin. This wine was created to go with food and would do great work beside most cuts of meat, grilled over charcoal. 'Sus Scrofa' translates to 'Wild boar' in Latin, and is the emblem and unofficial mascot of Celler Pardas.
