Using Astrological Moon Signs to Nurture, Support, and Connect With Your Child by Jen Jones 🏆 Finalist, The Wishing Shelf Book Awards You already know your child better than anyone. But have you ever wished you had a map? In astrology, your child's Moon sign is one of the most revealing placements for understanding their emotional world: their instinctive needs, what helps them feel safe, how they receive love, and what they may need from you on the days when nothing else seems to work. Understanding their Moon can help you see their behaviour differently - not as something to fix, but as a clue to what might be happening underneath. But your child's Moon is only half the story. You have a Moon sign too. It describes your own emotional needs, instinctive responses and experiences of being cared for - all of which you bring with you into parenting. And sometimes, what your child needs is completely different from what you need. Parenting With The Moon explores both sides of that relationship, offering practical, compassionate ways to understand your child more deeply while recognising that your own emotional needs matter too. Because this isn't about becoming the perfect parent. It's about creating more understanding - of your child and of yourself. 🌙 Inside you'll discover: A detailed guide to all twelve Moon signs, for both parent and child How your Moon sign can shape the way you parent - on your best days and your hardest ones What your child's Moon sign can reveal about what helps them feel safe, understood and loved The traditional astrological connection between the Moon and our experience of mothering and being mothered Relatable characters designed to help children understand their own emotional nature Practical ideas for navigating differences, strengthening connection and bringing greater compassion into family life 💬 What readers are saying "It gave me a whole new perspective on why my children react so differently in certain situations, and I've already found myself referring back to it. Such a warm, thoughtful read!" Reader Review "Instead of just listing personality traits for each Moon sign, it digs much deeper into emotional needs and how children feel loved and supported. That's what made it so valuable for me. I found myself looking up my own Moon sign as well as my children's, and suddenly certain family dynamics made a lot more sense." Reader Review "As someone who's fairly new to astrology, I appreciated how welcoming this book is. You don't need any previous knowledge to get something meaningful from it. What really stayed with me is the reminder that parents have emotional needs too. That message alone made the book worth reading." Reader Review 🏆 Award-Finalist Parenting Guide Parenting With The Moon was named a Finalist in The Wishing Shelf Book Awards.
