A pure and flavourful Tasmanian Riesling. Green aromatics of Granny Smith and lime, with hints of lemon, steel and chalk to balance. The wine is somewhat watery in texture, but thi s tightens quickly with bright lashings of acidity and beautiful lemon, lime, apple and flint flavours. A hint of chalkiness brings in some wonderful complexity. Show more
