Medium strength blue compound designed for the locking and sealing of threaded components which require normal disassembly with standard hand tools. This product is oil/grease tolerant, cures when confined in the absence of air between close fitting metal surfaces, protects threads from rust and corrosion and prevents loosening from shock and vibration. Common uses: crank arm bolts, chainring bolts, bottom bracket cups, etc. ⓘ Some painted surfaces can be sensitive to thread lockers, especially lighter colors. Test first on an inconspicuous area to see if it causes a stain or discoloration. Clean off any excess from painted surfaces immediately.
