Dates & Times: Sunday 10th May '26, 10:00 - 13:30 Sunday 27th September '26, 10:00 - 13:30 PARKSTRONG is an outdoor community fitness event hosted in Hilly Fields, SE4, in collaboration with Hilly Fields Run Sessions, and raising money for a chosen charity. PARKSTRONG takes inspiration from the very popular ‘Hyrox’ events that take place across the country and around the world, combining running with functional fitness strength exercises. Participants will complete 6 fundamental strength exercises, and 6 run intervals in Hilly Fields. Starting with 1 strength exercise, followed by 1 run interval and repeat 6 times. There are full and sprint distance options, individual and partner entries.
