This class explores tea as a mindful practice and teaches intuitive tea choosing, intention setting, and how to create a meaningful tea ritual at home. You will learn how different cultures use tea for presence and connection and how to deepen sensory awareness through sound, warmth and breath.Participants will taste two to three teas at a slower pace, including one silent or guided mindful tasting. The class also includes a hands-on experience where you create a mini custom blend or take part in a guided ritual moment.
