A well built Stuart Turner 5A, their heavy duty 2 1/4 x 2 engine sometimes seen in small full-sized boats - it's rated at 5/8bhp. This one is largely complete, although missing one main bearing cap, eccentric straps and sheaves along with part of the reversing gear. Simplest option to complete would be to build it up with a single eccentric in non-reversing form, alternatively it could be completed with reversing gear using little more than stock material.
